Subclipse is 100% separate from Tortoise. I have no idea what you're
attempting to convey here. I use both TSVN & Subclipse daily, and they
share nothing.

If the command-line is how you intend to use Subversion, use the
standard command-line client (svn.exe), not TortoiseProc. TortoiseProc
gives you a dialog, that's what it's designed to do.
