TortoiseSVN stealing focus

Message I've seen this before but today it tripped me enough to want to complain a bit about it. ;)

I'm working with a fairly large SVN repo. Operations tend to take multiple minutes. Therefore I don't just sit around while TortoiseSVN is working.

I was typing away happily in another app when TortoiseSVN took focus from me. This has now happened multiple times and it is extremely annoying.

Why can't TortoiseSVN use an alert that does _not_ steal focus and simply flashes in the task bar? I understand TortoiseSVN has a msg to tell me. Great. But it's not more important than whatever I'm doing now, right?
