"Replaced" means an item (file or folder) was removed, then another item
with the same name was added in the same commit. Meaning the item didn't
just get modified, it was replaced with another item (deleted the old
one, added the new one).

Message Recently we saw a new Actions named "Replacing". We are confuse about
that actions means.
We just act as delete folders but it show
Actions:Modified,Del​eted,Replacing...why​ :'(
