Blocking issue on externals (Win7 x64)

Message Hello,

I've just installed Windows 7 x64. I've also installed the latest
TortoiseSVN x64.

When trying to checkout from our repository, TortoiseSVN blocks after
the local stuff gets downloaded and the externals are about to be
checked out. The same thing happens when updating a local copy of the
same repository.

Is it a known issue? Is there anything I could do to workaround the
problem?
