Thanks for the info.
I did some testing myself and found that the problem is with the serf
library. svn 1.7 uses serf instead of neon as the default lib.
You can set this back to neon in the servers config file:
Settings->Network->Edit
then add the line at the bottom of the file
http-library = neon
then save the file. This will fix the problems you have with Codeplex.

Message A few more observations:

Working:
Viewing the log.
Right clicking files in the log and choosing "Save revision to..."
Right clicking files in the log and choosing "Open".

Not Working:
Compare with previous revision (in the log). (Shows no changes. No
error.)

Message Sorry for my initial terseness; I was in a hurry and didn't have time
explore the problem in any detail.

Repo-browse to root folder:
No error.
Repos appears completely empty.

Repo-browse to subfolder:
Error: "The PROPFIND response did not include the requested
resourcetype value"
Repos appears completely empty.

Checkout root:
"Checkout from https://mvvmfoundation.svn.codeplex.com/svn, revision
HEAD, Fully recursive, Externals included
At revision: 52779"
Results in a completely empty local copy. No errors are reported.
Updating the local copy yields no change and no errors.

Checkout subfolder:
(Same as root.)

What exactly does not work? Do you get an error message? If yes, what
does it say?

Message 1.7 (r19554) will not function with any Codeplex SVN repository. They
are using SVNBridge server side to bridge to TFS.

Example repositories:
https://wbfsmanager.svn.codeplex.com/svn/
https://mvvmfoundation.svn.codeplex.com/svn/
