This seems to have resolved itself, now.

Message Hi,

It seems the nightly builds being produced under
http://nightlybuilds.tortoisesvn.net/latest/win32/small/, are not
bumping the revision number?

The MSI filename is still using 1.6.99.19554 - this revision was
almost a week ago. The modification dates for the MSI seems to
continually roll forward, so I'm guessing its just a naming issue?

Or, maybe I'm looking in the wrong place. Is the /latest/win32/small
directory the correct place to look for the latest trunk build?

Cheers,
