The problem is that SubWCRevCom is a windows app to avoid having a
console window pop up whenever it is used.
SubWCRev however must be a console app or it wouldn't work properly.

That's why there are two exe's for this.

Why can't they be merged into one file I wonder? Like if there's "automation" key it works as a COM server and otherwise it works as a standalone program?
