Note: Alternatively you can always use the command line shortcuts VS
adds to the start menu: Start -> Visual Studio 2017 -> x64 Native Tools
Command Prompt for Visual Studio 2017 (or the x86 counterpart).

Message In build.txt, it looks like "vsvars32.bat" should now be changed to
"vcvars32.bat" for VS2017. At least in my installation that's what's
available.
